A black-and-white delicatessen architecture where lit shelving, a dark tiled curing wall and hanging hams turn the product into the entire stand.

The challenge
A compact inline plot had to host live carving, retail display, product storytelling and a private seating nook without feeling crowded.

Our approach
We split the plan into three bands — carving island at the aisle, illuminated product shelving behind, and a recessed dark lounge — with high-contrast lighting doing all the visual work.

The result
Sampling throughput rose sharply against the previous edition and the carving island became the brand's standard US show module.
